Italian School of Massage

The School "Body Mind Spirit" (Corpo Mente Spirito) started up in 1985 in Cuneo, a town near Turin in the north of Italy. Vittorio Piacenza is the founder of the school and also an expert in the discipline of massage. Many people showed a great interest in learning the art of massage and in a short time the school became very popular, it grew constantly year after year. Many different kinds of massage became widespread which aim at giving the body serenity and wellbeing and making people feel better not only physically but also spiritualy.
Now we have four study centres in Italy where various professional and amateur courses are carried out. The courses can be carried out dealing with only one theme and can be attended independently. If one attends a course they can ask, on request for a certificate of frequency. However, if one attends a three year course (Shiatsu or Bionaturopaty) they will receive a diploma at the end.

Our school with its graduated students and teachers continue to support the A.S.S.I. (Shiatus Italian School Association) and the A.P.O.Di.B. (Professional Bionatural Discipline Operators Assosiation). The program of the courses conform to the regional law which regulates such bionatural therapies and their profession. The school is enrolled at the Chamber of Commerce of Cuneo, as it is a professional school with professional courses as to distinguish itself from other schools which do not have the authorisation to carry out professional courses.
The courses are open to everyone; there is a big request for massages in all the gyms, sport centres, hotel chains, thermal centres, tourist resorts, SPA and cruise ships, etc. Anyone who feels they have the predisposition towards massage and the wish to learn more about this wonderful art can join our courses or watch our DVDs with detailed information and demonstrations on all different kinds of massage.
